Kui Mew Enjoy our dinner very-very much. Services was outstanding and food are very-very delicious...! The best French Onion soup we ever had..! Lamb and elk were so good... so as the calami... We will definitely come back when we are in Georgetown TX again...!

RN CHEW Not all locations do everything right but this one certainly did on this visit! Seated immediately for an early dinner and greeted by host server Saniyah, who come to find out was a new hire only about 4 days in but it seemed like shed been on staff for a lot longer. Saniyah answered all questions, was very efficient in all aspects as well as taking a moment to make sure my 93 year old neighbor had everything she needed. The food doesnt seem to change across all locations insofar as quality and quantity so basically, delicious. The restaurant was clean and organized and front of house manager Emily did a fantastic job stopping by to check on us and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy this visit as well so my elderly neighbor definitely had a wonderful dining experience!

Cruz E Alonzo, Sr Good food and good service. Tacos and enchiladas are tasty and filling. Server’s are courteous ants polite. Definitely recommend and will return when passing through.

sherry spratt Our first time eating at the Republic of the Rio Grande restaurant on my birthday. What an amazing experience. I had the avocado salmon and my husband had the 12 oz ribeye. Both were excellent. Our waiter, Hector, was wonderful. He made me one of the best old fashions I have ever had! Dessert was an on the house almond taco filled with vanilla mousse that I had read about and it did not disappoint. Our first time there but definitely not our last!

James OHara I’m in the hospitality industry, came through town for work. This place is awesome! Great burger, cold beer, awesome event space. The owner Dustin sat and talked to me for a bit, great guy. This place is an incredible spot compared to anyplace I’ve ever been in the US. Will be back when I come through town again.
