Burger King - (Near Fairfield, TX)

1 /5 Bud Bell: Waited 18 minutes to get my food that still wasnt ready.I drive semi truck and my truck was at the pump. More people in the building to get the job done , but they couldnt get the job done. The manager assistant manager, whoever that was should have got back there.And helped out instead of bagging food.. I will never eat at this burger. King or any other Burger King. Ever again, I will go to McDonalds and get it 4 to 6 minutes.. I also would not Getting fuel here for my semi truck ever again. No amount of excuses Can make up for customers waiting.. After a eighteen minutes , I just left The Food and drove off..

1 /5 Ramona Latimer: I wish I could rate this lower. Where do I begin. Quite possibly the worst fast food joint in this town. Store is filthy, employees are apathetic and its really damning that the GM there is also uncaring. I never seen a GM so mean and crappy to the employees and customers. For example I ordered from the drive thru and my drink wasnt filled up all the way and my order was completely wrong. Today I was picking up an order via the bk app and while the store was gonna be busy cuz of the rush, which understandable, after a long wait, the employee that handed me what was supposed to be 2 drinks only gave me one. When the plastic lid fell on the ground i just filled up my drink and left. Never going here again

1 /5 Laura Congdon: Don’t order at this location unless you ask how long it is going to take to get your food. They are either under staffed or don’t have any one that wants to work. It took us a 1/2 hour to get 1 sandwich & fries. This is Not fast food… being at a Loves Truck Stop people should be able to get in and out.

2 /5 Nelia GL: Very disappointing experience. Ordered a kids meal and items were missing from the box. When I pointed it out, there was no apology—just eye rolling from the staff. The place was also pretty dirty. Not the kind of service or care you expect, especially when ordering for kids.

1 /5 Eva Streckfuss: SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO COOPER FARMA INSTEAD IF AT THIS EXIT. Trash all over the floors, trash and food on most of the tables. Waited 30 minutes for our order and it was not correct but after waiting that long I’m not going to wait another 30 while they fix it. This is supposed to be fast food, but I’ve never had service this slow (and I’ve driven Houston to Cincinnati and back 15x so I’ve stopped at a LOT of places for fast food). A woman (I’m assuming the manager) had to light a fire under the male employees butts then she went around emptying trash and stuff.
