2 /5 Mitchell Lykins: It truly pains me to write this review, Camino Real had been my go to Mexican restaurant for years now, but I can simply not ignore the dip in quality. The price for food is simply too high for what they are offering, for 3 tacos I spent nearly 13 dollars. On top of this the portions have been cut drastically, it feels like they only give you 75% of what they used to, that along with the price increases makes it to where I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone in good faith anymore. On top of the horrible pricing it is also notable how inconsistent they tend to be, in the years that I have been there it feels as if there is a 25% chance your food will be notably worse. There are SO MANY Mexican restaurants in Central Texas, there is absolutely no reason to come to this place. 4$ for what can almost be considered a street taco is nothing more than highway robbery...
