R David Paine III I had the grilled rainbow trout and it was outstanding — perfectly cooked, topped with olives and capers, and served over a bed of rice, spinach, green beans, broccoli, and sweet potato. Really well done. Cocktails were poured decently and priced at $13. The trout was $22, which felt like a steal for the quality. I also tried the three-chocolate mousse cake, but it had that “refrigerated too long” taste. Not a dealbreaker, just not their strongest item. Overall, I’d absolutely come back. Great meal, calm atmosphere, and good pricing.

Al Tal Dined here last night, the place seems like it was recently opened, and a lot of things werent perfectly in place. The waiter had some difficulties speaking English, nevertheless he was nice and friendly. The complimentary chips and salasa were very tasty. We ordered shrimp tacos and shrimp quesadillas. Both were good, but not amazing. The taste was flat. Nothing amazing or outstanding. The dishes were nicely served. They had some great options of hot sauces, which I enjoyed, especially La Anita (Green). The prices are reasonable. We paid nearly $30. Note that the portions are slightly small compared to other places in the states.

Jeffery Moore I lived in Wichita Falls until 1992 A Hirsch Husky class of 1986 and returned today and stopped by the Firefly and Im glad I did a suggestion from my Aunt who knew Derrick Davis. The Atmosphere was Amazing your choice of Traditional seating, bar or outdoor. We chose the bar seating and our server Dominique was amazing. Dominique recommendations were a 10 out of 10. Dominique made a his specialty Raspberry Tea, and the Braised short ribs sandwich with truffle frys and again 10 out of 10 I would recommend. So my good people run dont walk to the Firefly Bar & Grill, enjoy the game and amazing food.

Sherry McGrath Sebastian is absolutely wonderful! His loaded tea are the smoothest I have ever had... he blends them perfectly. Husky place is my favorite! I wish i lived closer to his place... I live an hour away... but every time and day I am in town I stop by the Nutrition Hangout for his teas!!!

Ginga Dudley the master of multi tasking matrid, bartender , server, and gracious guru, Daniel has hopefully not given us patrons de Lambortini more of her energy than we deserve, yet has done a fabulous balancing act of the goddess Sheba proportions to ensure our bladders and bellies are both full of deliciousness. Ill be returning again and again. It is a hotel franchise, yet the chef is not a cookie cutter yes man. He takes the type of pride in the texture, taste and presentation you would expect from a Wolfgang upity posh place, and this is A holiday inn in between a gamblin hot spot and the center of the universe, Dallas, Texas, United States of Merica. God bless Gastronomique experiences so far from a major airport.
