Casa Grande Mexican Grill - (Near Jacksboro, TX)

3 /5 Jordan Shaw: Being from the Houston area there’s a certain caliber that is expected for Mexican food and this was not it or anywhere close. The chips and salsa were the highlight… I initially ordered the brisket tacos with corn tortillas but they were out of brisket, so the waitress came back to ask if chicken or beef was okay and I told her chicken would be fine. When my tacos arrived they were steak tacos on flour tortillas. The meat seemed microwaved and the rice and beans tasted line they had been sitting for a day. Not the best experience to say the least

4 /5 Francisco Leung: We camped at Fort Richardson nearby and drove out to get lunch here. We got the Tamale Plate, Taco Plate, and the 3 Combo Plate w/ Taco, Enchilada, & Tamale. All dishes came with rice and beans. The food was good. Our waitress was very friendly. Reasonable prices.

5 /5 Laura: The sign outside said authentic Mexican food. They all say that but most arent. I was pleasantly surprised today with a most enjoyable lunch at Casa Grande Mexican Restaurant. My Tacos al la Mexicana (street tacos) were delicious. Not only were they made will fresh/real/not store bought tortillas but tender and very flavorful beef. Some of the best I have ever eaten. Not greasy tacos but delicious tacos. The nachos were prepared separately as the should be and the tamales were great. The service was exceptional.

2 /5 Leslie Burns: I only went in for appetizers. I ordered the eight flautas plate, and when they arrived they were very very dry. I will not ever order that again the salsa tasted like picante sauce they poured out of a jar. I may try the restaurant one more time. Restaurant was very clean. The staff was very friendly!

3 /5 Richard Garcia: The food was alright, Ive had better. I had the fajita combo but the rice had a weird flavor, I did not care for, so I did not eat it.
