5 /5 Louie Zapata: Tried Casazul for brunch and it absolutely delivered. We ordered the huevos rancheros with a horchata latte and the blueberry pancakes paired with their house coffee, and everything was on point.
The rancheros were rich and comforting without being heavy perfectly balanced sauces, great texture, and clearly made with care. The horchata latte was a standout: smooth, lightly sweet, and not overpowering, which is hard to get right. The blueberry pancakes were fluffy, flavorful, and felt homemade in the best way, and the house coffee was solid and complemented the meal well.
The vibes are very Santa Fe, MX, but with a strong local, neighborhood feel warm, inviting, and relaxed without trying too hard. On top of that, the service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
Casazul feels like the kind of place you’ll keep coming back to… great food, great atmosphere, and great people. Definitely worth checking out for brunch.
