5 /5 Momo Sala: We enjoy shopping at this store. However, the experience has been dependent on the time of day. We are a large group of people who travel from Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and other locations, so we visit quite often. We always have a pleasant experience in the evenings, and we appreciate the sweetness of the employee on the evening shift. She has consistently maintained her professionalism and composure, even when rude customers come in. Every time we have seen her shes always working alone and although shes frustrated she is still just sweet as can be. Unfortunately, the morning experience is often awful. The employees that are there in the morning seem rude and uncaring of customer service. The one with the glasses she can be sweet very sweet sometimes, The manager isn’t ever there, and when we have seen her, she’s rolled her eyes at our simple questions or whispered to her employees. So, while I commend the evening employee for her kindness and customer service, the five stars are reserved for the afternoon/evening shift. She clearly deserves the best review for her friendliness and attentiveness to customer happiness.
