Inga Von Wellsheim I almost didn’t want to tell anyone about this place because it’s THAT good and the dish I’m about to mention does sell out because it’s so popular – but I’m completely obsessed with the Barn. Ever since I tried their buffalo cauliflower, I’ve been craving it nonstop. It’s perfectly crispy, flavorful, perfect spice level and just addictive in the best way.
The whole place is a hidden gem. Not only is the food incredible, but the farm store inside is a dream with fresh produce, the real-deal fresh milk and freshly baked bread. Everything is thoughtfully made, and you can taste how fresh everything is.
But now that the secret is out … don’t take all the buffalo cauliflower before I get there.
