5 /5 Don Muyengwa: I had a great experience at the Chick-fil-A in Brownwood, TX. I ordered the 30-count nugget meal with a Diet Coke and a Kale Crunch side, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The sauces were fully stocked, and the meal was prepared quickly even during a busy time. A special shoutout to Abby on the Drive-thru, who made the visit stand out. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and genuinely inspiring with how she interacted with customers. Service like hers is the reason this location continues to earn my business. Thank you, Abby, for making the experience exceptional!

5 /5 Brandy Watson: Chick-fil-A is always a welcoming establishment ready to greet you with a smile & hot fresh food. It’s easily one of my our favorite places to dine in or grab food quickly from. For fast food though the price is a little much so I wouldn’t say it’s a reasonable price though.

1 /5 Ivan: Was just given a spicy chicken sandwich that was undercooked smh. Extremely bothered by this. Waited 15 mins in the drive thru and to be given this… Sadly i was so hungry i ate half the sandwich before realizing the texture was off and there was a strange stickiness on the chicken. Unacceptable. I eat here very often, might be time for a break.

5 /5 Kim Dominguez: I love our local Chick-fil-A me and my two kids go once a week. But our last Chick-fil-A visit was very special. We always order at the drive through and go play at the park out side, well this time there was a little stray cat that we fell in love with. We took him home with us and he is the best cat ever living his dream. Meet Philly, named after Chick-fil-A.
