Chick-fil-A - (Near Stephenville, TX)

5 /5 Emily Santos: We visited this location on a Friday evening and had a good experience. The drive thru was not terrible for a Friday evening. We ordered in the app and got our food in a timely manner although there was a hold up with the car in front of us. The crispy chicken deluxe is always our go-to and was great. I tried the new pimento jalapeño sandwich and it was ok. The chicken was nicely coated in honey but sandwich seemed smaller than usual. Everything was fresh and hot. Unfortunately we were missing utensils and were not able to turn around due to time constraints.

2 /5 Michelle Hancock: Unfortunately this time they have messed up my order. Not to happy with having to go back to get a simple straw but that was 1 of many mistakes made with this order. The order was placed through the mobile app so I should not have had any troubles.

5 /5 Ron Schwerdt: Chik Fil A is the role model for all fast food. They are consistently friendly courteous efficient and polite. They are always cleanly. The food is consistent as well no matter what location you go to.

2 /5 KeepTrying: Here is the salad I bought today, with moldy strawberry. Sometimes the salads are excellent. Its hit and miss. Last week I received one which contained lettuce far past prime (wilted to the point of slime). Today its mold. I hope they will please be more careful in preparing salads so that every time is excellent. Thank you. ETA: Another review from November 22, 2024. I ordered a COBB SALAD. I paid extra for blue cheese crumbles and DID NOT GET THEM. The salad had precisely TWO tiny tomatoes, NO EGG. PLEASE Dear Chick Fil A management: train everyone who is making salads in how they are to make them. They should not be leaving out ingredients we are paying for and certainly not leaving out EXTRA ingredients for which we are paying extra. The salads are different from day to day, depending on who is making them (and seems there is little to no oversight).

5 /5 N C.: This chick-fil-a recently opened and yet its run very well. Lines are long but they will get you in and out very quickly. Great service as always.
