Crystal Nicole I had an order made wrong by Night Shift a couple days ago. I called up there and spoke to the manager named Angel. She was very professional and apologetic. She and her crew whipped my order up so quick and it was hot very humble very hard-working. Miss Angel and her daytime crew Are what Customer Service is all about.

Raul Castillo I normally visit their location in Louisiana and decided to try the one here. I went for lunch and got the catfish lunch special, it included fries, coleslaw and a roll. I also got the shrimp and crab gumbo. The catfish was a bit saltier than I like, compared to the one in Louisiana. But the two pieces were big for the $8.99 pricd. The fries, coleslaw and roll were really good and tasted like in Louisiana. The shrimp and crab gumbo was just like in Louisiana, it had a lot of shrimps in it. I highly recommend getting the gumbo here.

Erik Baughman Didnt have sweet tea and seemed bothered that I asked for it. Then their pink lemonade was hooked up to Hawaiian punch. But its Big Spring fast food. Probably the worst ran town for fast food. Horrible customer service throughout Big Spring, Tx.
