Chilis Grill & Bar - (Near Temple, TX)

4 /5 Tate Vinson: Chilis Grill and Bar 10-07-25 Nice place for lunch and dinner. Restaurant is clean and plenty of room for various crowds. We had burgers and fries. The burger and fries were served fresh and hot. They had a good flavor. We also tried the huge Cheese Sticks! We did the Nashville Hot flavor. They were ouey, and Gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside! Perfect combination! The hot sauce was good and the homemade ranch was perfect for dipping! The employees were efficient and friendly.

5 /5 Jaime Fontanella Lauzardo: We had a very good experience at this Chili’s. I ordered the 10 oz sirloin steak, which came with stuffed mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was cooked exactly as I requested and everything was flavorful. We also tried the chips & salsa, along with guacamole and white queso dips – both were very good and fresh. We ordered the 5 crispers as well, and they were very tender and well prepared. Service was kind and fast throughout our visit. There is also a tabletop machine where kids can play games, and you can conveniently pay your bill at the end of your meal without waiting for the server to bring the check. Overall, it was a great dining experience with good food and excellent service.

5 /5 Brian Bownds: It had been a while since I visited Chilis but Veterans Day brought me back. I am very much appreciative for my meal and Chilis support for Veterans. Service was outstanding and our food was very good. Thank You Chilis!!

1 /5 Karley Torok: The girl doing curbside was flat out rude. She was rushing me through my entire order, and then hung up on me as I said something. She wouldn’t even let me tell her I wanted the order in an hour, so, my food was cold. I thought maybe they were busy, considering I was ordering at 5pm. When I got there to pick it up, she was still just as rude and tried to rush me out the door, And getting the card option pulled up, and walked away before I could try to tell her it was some gift card. I was just baffled all around. I got my food, and as stated, was cold, because she wouldn’t let me talk, other than rush me through my order. And the margarita, it’s usually hit and miss, mostly miss. This thing tasted like straight tequila and no flavoring at all. I was just highly disappointed. This chilis is really going down hill.

1 /5 Ashleigh Reinhart: Staff has issues with attitude. The clearly do not understand what customer service is after the experience I had. I have never been so disrespected by a company I paid with my hard earned money. As a people pleaser the whole experience felt like I wasn’t doing enough for them. Completely blown away by the lack of pride I was shown. I fear for our future as a species if chilis staff is an accurate representation of society. But don’t trust me. Find out for yourself. And honestly the good did taste good, but the vibes were sickening
