Chilis Grill & Bar - (Near Seguin, TX)

5 /5 Bonilla Roger (RJ): Although I’m not a fan of Chilis, I will give an honest and sincere review regarding my experience at this specific location! And it’s a great one too Food: 8.5/10 The food quality was good, but it felt a bit “warm”, not entirely hot. I’m sure that’s because I was with a party and they brought everyone’s food out together. The dragon fruit lemonade was spectacular, I could drink it for days, definitely a recommendation! Service 9.5/10 Service was great! Refills were timely and our waitress was very nice, no complaints there at all! Atmosphere: 10/10 The atmosphere is great, very cozy and very roomy. Had a great time with my church family here!

5 /5 April Gonzalez Lugo: Diana was amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her energy was so positive and she checked on us just the right amount without ever feeling rushed. Our food came out good and offered to fix any inconvenience. She made the whole experience even better with her great service.

5 /5 Willy like it?: Wasn’t too busy walked right in and were seated. Our server was excellent in the bar area. Drinks came out quick. Took an appetizer order chips and salsa. That salsa is really good. But again our server was on top of it. More chips refills before we ever had to ask. Food came out and all orders were right. Even better was they all tasted as good as they looked. Would stop here in again next time on the way to see family.

2 /5 Melissa Puga: We reside in a nearby town and stopped in for what we anticipated would be a quick meal. However, it took an inordinate amount of time to receive our food, and the kitchen ran out of their guacamole supply for the fajitas. Furthermore, our appetizers were served concurrently with our meal, rather than beforehand. The cups provided were cracked and dirty, the fajitas were undercooked and lacked seasoning. Our waiter, Brayden, was courteous and apologetic regarding the kitchens mishaps. We were ultimately disappointed with our experience. Nevertheless, the establishment did comp our appetizers, which were satisfactory. They weren’t busy so I’m assuming they had a rush before hand. Hopefully it’s better if we ever decide to visit again.

5 /5 David V.: I was roadtripping on the freeway when I wanted something to eat, so I was glad to stop by this Chilis location. I was promptly seated to a booth and the server tended me right away. I had to get the chips and salsa while I had to wait and guess what? My Chicken Crispers came in pretty quickly, warm, and fresh! The quality of both the meal and the service was top-notch! Kudos to Sarah for being a great server. :)
