5 /5 Angela ODell: Went in for my 60th birthday and two lady’s beat of the beat served us that was amazing the waitress Erica and the manager LaDonna beats all of all restaurants all over town. They are amazing.

5 /5 Jorge Pena: Food was great, food quality has improved since a while back and its delicious. They sat me where the sun was hitting my face and the blinders would not cover or shade enough. Our waitress was great.

1 /5 Joey Bolton: Walked in sat down- ordered food they brought Queso and chips. there was a young man who started sweeping 10 feet from our table. I ask our waiter girl to ask him not to sweep around me us while we are eating . Two minutes later her he was right next to us. I said get away from our table with the broom and he laughed at me and i asked for the manager. The so called manager said it was Chilis policy to sweep around peoples tables just not sweep underneath the table. Im not sure if the sweeper even spoke English But the young Manager couldnt have cared less about the whole problem..I watched other tables looking at him and talking about it but didnt want to make trouble or maybe the fear of having their food spit on or worse. The whole time he was sweeping for no reason i was staring straight at a trash can cabinet with a door you can see under and trash was piled up and was coming out from under the door. The waitress was great and said it was her first day. I feel sorry for her to work under a boss who has no clue about the food business. Who knows they were probably kinfolk. To top off the experience we go in craving the Skillet Queso and they bring out some new cheese dip probably out of a five gallon bucket which has no flavor compared to the original. i had no idea chilies was going down hill this bad. 68.00 to eat lunch and to not be able to enjoy it was let down. All my friends and customers will hear about it.

2 /5 Christina Hamilton: This was supposed to be a birthday lunch for me. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and nachos. Bella was our server, she was not very attentive. Food finally comes out, both burgers were over cooked. I had a burnt hockey puck. We said something to the person who brought the food out. She did not acknowledge anything we said and left the table. Bella came back and asked how things were. I advised her the status of the burger, she says oh we have new people in the kitchen. I actually had to say "Am i supposed to suffer because of that"? She was like we can remake it. I declined as I was not going to wait another 30 minutes for another burger. Everyone else ate while I sat there. She had the manager remove the cost from my bill. This was one of the worst experiences I have had here. We couldnt even get napkins, I had to get up and get them myself. If this is the kind of service that will continue, I will not be back. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

5 /5 Le Beau Artisan Shop: The person welcoming did a good job I did not wait long ,the waitress is accomodating when the steak is not the way my spouse want it was done cause it was tough she change it no charges since it wasnt able to eat my husband,except that everthing goes smooth and well I love the menu that I ordered actually this is my fabe so far as I ordered it even in other state like during last month when we went to West Virginia then here we return to Midland.the waitress in WV is just as accomodating as the lady who serve us here in Midland.I noticed that this time around in Midland has get better than last year we ate here.hopefullt they keep it this way hire those who are best in doing the job so the business wont get a bad feedback and customers will be back for sure .
