5 /5 Michael Dickens: This Tex-Mex haven is a must-visit! Chuys has the best chips and their creamy jalapeño ranch is legendary. The vibrant decor makes for a super fun meal. I highly recommend the Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom Enchiladas. Fast service and a great happy hour. Go!

3 /5 Samantha Garcia: usually have a good time, thanks to the food and drinks. although, every single time we come in, we ask to sit outside and for some reason or another, we’re turned down. whether there’s not a sever yet for that section, or they “just sat” a table outside so we would have to wait 5-10min. I do not mind the wait, although i don’t see why we couldn’t simply wait outside. i don’t mind waiting for the server at all, but it was a beautiful day that I would have like to enjoyed outside with my parents. Not to mention, everytime we have come, it has been on a Monday. We assume this is a less busier day but we’re still unable to sit outside. We also mentioned to the hostess that we were simply just there for drinks. I tend to be very understanding and usually don’t make a big deal, but it seems to have become a pattern at this point. The hostesses are usually not the nicest about it either. It has come to the point where I no longer consider dining at Chuy’s. especially not for outside seating lol. maybe add more servers to the outside sections?

2 /5 Veerakit Vanitshavit: It was my first time visiting here and I found the piece of cardboard in the salsa!!! I told server who takes care of me and she went to talk with manager. After a while manager came to talk without saying any “sorry” or any apology!!! He ask is everything good besides the cardboard in salsa? I said yes food is good it is my first time here. Then he just only gave me cards of free queso and left. I feel the way that manager talk to customer is pretty rude and not respectful!!!

5 /5 Joker: We had such a great experience during our visit! Our server Kyra was absolutely wonderful — she was very friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the start. Throughout our meal, she stayed on top of everything without us ever having to ask for a thing. Drinks were always full, food came out just right, and she checked in at the perfect times to make sure we were happy with everything. It’s rare to find someone who balances being attentive without being overbearing, but she did it perfectly. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Excellent service from start to finish — she truly made our visit a great one!
