5 /5 Tina Dowell: My husband ordered carryout. He had heard about it the restaurant on Facebook. The the whole catfish came with homemade fries, beans, hushpuppies, and coleslaw. We also got lots of condiments. Everything was good!

5 /5 Ray Whitney: A nice little place in Avinger, where not much else is available. The staff were excellent, and the food was very good. Probably more than I could eat, but reasonably priced. Also have a seniors and kids menu.

5 /5 Paul LePiane: What a fantastic find, this place is sitting inside the first brick building in Avenger. Once the pharmacy and general store for the old South town. The all you can eat catfish fillets were top shelf, it continued with spectacular hush puppies, coleslaw and some of the owners pickled green tomatoes, went home with a pint jar for $7. After a spectacular meal why wouldnt you go back over to Avenger Station RV with not one but two huge slices of three layer cake. Ended up being a midnight snack with no photos, you will have to visit them to see the cake. Almost forgot had a dozen oysters that appeared to be farmed. Salty, very juicy and totally grit free. Please stop and give the small town and restaurant a little outside infusion.
