Sixty Vines - Dallas
Taylor Foy Not going to lie, we had a rough start… we were seated for 20 minutes before a staff member noticed us. However, from that moment on, they turned it around!
Savannah, who would be our waitress for the night, noticed us waiting and asked if anyone had been by to see us yet. When we said no, she was shocked and said she would tell her manager. Even though we were not in her section, she immediately started taking care of us. We ordered drinks, which she said would be on the house, and the manager also came by and offered her personal apologies as well as a complementary charcuterie board. While the 20 minute wait was irritating, I felt like the effort they put into making up for it ($50+ of complementary food and a lot of personal attention) was excellent and was enough to recover their rating.
The food was superb, the wine list was incredible, and the atmosphere was relaxed and upscale. Given the quality of food, I would say things were fairly priced! The filet was $42 and perfectly cooked. The shrimp and bacon pizza was $17 and was a generous sized portion of deliciousness. The espresso martini was the best I have ever had. An absolute must if you’re here!
We would wholeheartedly recommend Sixty Vines if you’re in the area, and we would specifically like to recommend Savannah for her exceptional service!
