Country Cafe Restaurant - (Near Edinburg, TX)

Taylor Foy Not going to lie, we had a rough start… we were seated for 20 minutes before a staff member noticed us. However, from that moment on, they turned it around! Savannah, who would be our waitress for the night, noticed us waiting and asked if anyone had been by to see us yet. When we said no, she was shocked and said she would tell her manager. Even though we were not in her section, she immediately started taking care of us. We ordered drinks, which she said would be on the house, and the manager also came by and offered her personal apologies as well as a complementary charcuterie board. While the 20 minute wait was irritating, I felt like the effort they put into making up for it ($50+ of complementary food and a lot of personal attention) was excellent and was enough to recover their rating. The food was superb, the wine list was incredible, and the atmosphere was relaxed and upscale. Given the quality of food, I would say things were fairly priced! The filet was $42 and perfectly cooked. The shrimp and bacon pizza was $17 and was a generous sized portion of deliciousness. The espresso martini was the best I have ever had. An absolute must if you’re here! We would wholeheartedly recommend Sixty Vines if you’re in the area, and we would specifically like to recommend Savannah for her exceptional service!

Raewyn Chavez Thin crust pizza with generous high quality toppings, friendly staff and wonderful outdoor patio where we could enjoy dinner with a lovely view and our dog was able to join us. Def recommend

Adrian Zapata First...let start by giving Carson a big shout out for going above and beyond. I had the opportunity to come by and eat at this great location and it was amazing. The plate pictured is the "Chicken Enchiladas Suizas". This plate was cooked to perfection. The Enchiladas were pretty big and I was only able to finish 2 of them. The chicken had a great flavor. I was also able to try some of the "Pastor Bowl" and yhe flavor was....WOW! Smokey flavored, with grilled pineapple. I will be returning soon to try more of their delicious food

Andrew Gafford My buddy and I stopped in here after our USS Lexington trip. I ordered the fish special and it was fantastic. It was grilled to perfection and had great flavor. My buddy ordered the Baja tacos and the seafood queso burger. He said they were great. CC was our waitress and she was very helpful, friendly and knew the menu well. The pricing was good for the quality of food. I will definitely be back when I come back to Corpus.

Meghana Mettu Happy Birthday drake , I got free chicken today , Recently it’s my first time having Dave’s Hot Chicken I was so impressed and taste is excellent. I wish this branch is in beside Lewisville Costco center so that they get more sales in prime areas . Thank you Alex for helping at the counter
