1 /5 Kaitlyn Hain: I have never left a bad review for a restaurant, but what I experienced on Saturday, calls for more than just a bad review honestly. To start, the service is less than mediocre. It took 10 minutes for us to get our waters. When we finally got our order taken, I ordered a pound of crawfish and a pound of snow crab. The snow crab was overcooked. My crawfish, on the other hand, was completely black/rotten on the inside, along with the other people in my party that ordered crawfish. We didn’t get checked on for the remainder of the meal. When the waitress finally comes back, I expressed my concerns, and showed her every single one of my crawfish was inedible, and that I would just like a refund. She was apologetic and nice. When she came back, she informed me the owner wouldn’t give me a refund since I waited so long to say something. I would’ve happily said something sooner, if we would’ve had a server that checked on us more than twice in the hour and a half we were there. The owner came over, there was a bit of a language barrier, but she kept pointing to somewhere on the menu that said “No Refunds”. I showed her the rotten crawfish and asked if she would eat that, to which she just responded “No refunds”. Instead of making a bigger deal, we knew we were not going to get anywhere with this woman. We paid for our inedible crawfish, that I would like to add is $14/lb, which is absolutely ridiculous, even for good crawfish. I will definitely never be back.
