5 /5 Alabama Zephyr: Absolutely wonderful! Excellent service and they were very attentive to food allergies. Everything is obviously made fresh to order as I was able to get the chicken and cheese empanadas without cheese, as Im allergic to milk proteins. I also ordered the picadillo plate and substituted vegetables for the rice. They did up squash and onions which was perfectly cooked. Everything tasted wonderful! This was my first visit but I will definitely be back
5 /5 Nicole Witkowski: I havent eaten here in ten years. I remembered it was really good. Saw this cafe featured on Eat Like A Local so I went back today. Fantastic. Casual atmosphere. Staff was super friendly. The food was so delicious. I had the Cuban pressed sandwich with a strawberry cream cheese empanada. So fresh and full of flavor. Cant wait to go back next time for breakfast.
5 /5 Gabrielle Renee Peralez: Food was delicious. We went for breakfast and I got the breakfast mini which was the perfect size for me. It came with papitas too which were delicious. The bread on the sandwich was just sooooo good. Cafe con leche was also fabulous.
When you walk in you need to order at the counter and then they will serve you the order when you sit down. The girls that served us were very sweet.
Atmosphere is very homey/mom and popish and I really enjoyed how small it was. This place is a gem and I can’t wait to come back for lunch next.
Jennifer I came here for lunch on Friday and it was my first time here. The store manager took my order and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I wasnt sure what to get and she helped me decide and I have to say, it was the best pizza Ive had in years.
Thank you!
Debbie Chriest Good hot food. I can see why the locals like it here. Only down fall was 5.00 for a chocolate milk. Thats a little outrageous. I mean you can get a gallon of chocolate milk at the grocery store for less than that. I realize restaurants are dealing with rising costs themselves and they are in business to make money. But I felt that was a little bit much. Even if they charged 3.00 for a large glass of chocolate milk they would still be making at least a 50% profit.
TRISHA CAVAZOS Had to try this little food truck Id been hearing about. Let me just say, it DIDNT DISAPPOINT!!! The flavors were great and food was fresh! The serving size (half order) was more than enough. Everything cooked to perfection. And last but not least, the price was was very very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to everyone....you will not be disappointed!!!
Mary Riggs Whenever I am in the are I always like to eat at Elijahs. The food is great. My favorite is the chicken and dumplings. But order confidently bc it will all taste like it came out of a southern grandmas kitchen.
