3 /5 Amelia Guerrero: Just spent half my lunch hour de-veining my own $12 shrimp bowl. The food is usually good here, but this was not worth $12 because of the tiny portion and the pack of prep work.

5 /5 Darrell Davis: Have ate at Current in Beaumont three times in the last few months when in town. Food and service are impeccable. I have had their Hamburger, Cajun Meatloaf, and Catfish Ponchatrain. All were great. Highly recommend. Out of the way but worth it.

1 /5 Annette W: I ordered a BLT today and there was a 1/2 slice of crispy bacon crumbled into four slivers. The BLT was huge but did not have hardly any bacon, the chef could have told the server if they did not have enough bacon so I could have cancelled my order. To pay $11 for a BLT and regular fries and end up with really no bacon on a huge sandwich was disappointing. I will not be going back. Also, the only fries available were sweet potato fries, and this was not stated when I ordered downstairs. They have the nicest servers but I cannot go eat for just the servers alone.

1 /5 Florish HereandNow: Frist time ordering. My entire office ordered and I ordered Steak Hash with a side of extra brussel sprouts. Menu describes flank steak, red potatoes, canalized onions and roasted brussel sprouts. I received ground beef, brussel sprouts no onions at all, and like a green sauce on top. I decided to try it and gagged because the meat was cold and full of cold oil. I called to see if they just made a mistake because it happens. The call was answered by a lady named Tracy. I explained to Tracy that I ordered the steak hash but it appears that they made a mistake because instead of flank steak I received ground beef and before I could even finish she interrupted me and said every time I ordered it I always get ground beef thats just the way it comes. Ill be honest I was thrown off by her attitude because I definitely wasnt giving her one. And so I said okay but your website says flank steak thats when Tracy repeated well its not its ground beef thats always how it comes. And then said I can let you speak to the ( forgot the name she said) because I dont have the authority to do anything about it. I said oooooooh kkkkkk, that would be fine. A few seconds later the phone disconnected. I simply dont understand, why it says flank steak but its ground beef. There is a huge difference between the two. Also just wasnt good, the meat wasnt drained well and allowed to get cold and full of oil. So when you swallow the bite all you get is a mouth full of oil. It spilled out in the bag and got on my water bottle and cutlery ( picture included). Thats how much oil there is.The burssles were burnt, with green onions not carmilized, I dont get it. Not even close to what is described on the menu. But lessons learned. Wont order from here again and would like a refund of the food but I dont see that happening because Tracy is to mean for her own good and for absolutely no reason.

5 /5 Eric Torres: Ordered the Burger with waffle fries, it was very hot and tasty, although the best thing about the place was the customer service, literally the best service Ive experienced in years. I was honestly genuinely surprised from the young lady who took my order, the, who I assume was the manager, checking up on me, to the other young lady receiving my plate once I was done. 5/5 would recommend. A little pricey for a broke college student like me but definitely a once or twice a month lunch break spot for me.
