These right here? Easily in my top three of all time. The fact that you’re making these in a pizza oven, yet they taste like they came straight out of a handmade adobe and brick oven, is MIND BLOWING. The perfect crunch, the spot-on texture, the quality of ingredients - just absolutely exquisite. I was honestly speechless for a good fifteen minutes after finishing a slice. Phenomenal. Truly next-level.
