Mary Salinas Love this place, we didnt wait in line to be seated. Food was excellent, server was always checking in on us for refills or anything else we needed. Definitely will go back when we are in the area.

Vivian Hairston We wanted some good steak while in Texas. I found this on my list of places to eat while in Granbury. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We were seated fairly quick for a Saturday night, a nice long booth that as many as 6 people could have been seated at. The waitress gave us the best Texas service, she made some great recommendations and we were pleased with everything. I ordered the patio punch and the onion strings for appetizers. The ranch dressing had a nice little kick. Then I chose a side salad and my husband got the broccoli cheese soup with a little spice and some hot rolls. We both ordered the smoked sirloin and it just melted in my mouth. It was tender and delicious. I had a baked sweet potato and he had a baked potato. We ended up taking some home with us because we were really full just halfway through our meal. It was such a a great atmosphere and I can’t say enough about that friendly Texas hospitality. Definitely going to come back next time we are in Granbury.

Jacque Raines Update on some of the best Mexican food ! The new dishes that have been introduced are amazing, really! Not only are they delicious with fresh ingredients but they are so artfully presented. It is not only the food that makes Fuego a winner, it is the owner and staff who treat each and every customer like they are a visitor in their home. In todays world it is unusual to have such warm, caring and personalized service. I do not know how they remember but they seem to know each customer by name and the owner is so hands on, from kitchen staff to wait staff, they all appear to be having so much fun! Just love it! Go for the food, then relax and soak in the friendly, homey atmosphere. You wont be disappointed. Great food and service, only had appetizers but they were great and the mango margaritas were made fresh and simply awesome. The chef is newly arrived from Chicago and creating new dishes for the menu.....check it out! Update: Cornhole tournaments on Monday night, karaoke on Wednesday, some great talent! Open mic night here on Saturday! Great music and musicians, definitely needed to come, best entertainment in Granbury, kudos to Cliff Williams, Ron Schaffer and Boodreaux Guitarez.....you guys are awesome!

Mr. Caceres I’ve driven by this place for years not thinking much of it. One day I decided to stop in for lunch and boy was I surprised. It’s a quaint small town bbq joint that has a nostalgic vibe of the late 90s/early 2000s which adds to its charm. I had the Tuesday special of a loaded potato; pictured below (I chose the brisket). The cost to amount of food ratio is great. And the quality of the food was amazing. I will definitely be coming back

Bryan Daniel Love the variety of BBQ offerings. The brisket tacos, grilled cheese brisket, and brisket nachos are all delicious! ❤️ The staff is friendly, and the place hosts fantastic love events. And then theres the street corn. Love, love, love the street corn! Cold slaw, potatoes, and desserts are tasty too. One of my favorite BBQ spots.

John V Very enjoyable place with an eclectic menu and great staff. Kudos to Julianna and staff for being open every day through Christmas! Sandy is awesome at the bar. They were slammed at times, short staffed at times, patience was rewarded with great cocktails and excellent food. Dinner and a show was had by all, at the bar anyway. I recommend and will return.
