5 /5 jasonhsieh13: Deans was a great experience with excellent staff all throuhgout. We stayed at the Kimpton for 4 days. Murat was our server the first day and was amazing in the service he provided. For the next few days, even though he wasnt our server, he still said hi and checked in on us to make sure everything was taken care of. The food was also excellent with great selection of juices and fresh breakfast and brunch with top quality ingredients. I highly recommend if youre staying in the area.

From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He anticipated everything we needed before we even asked, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure our breakfast experience was smooth and enjoyable. Murad’s friendliness and genuine care really stood out — he made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Service like his truly elevates a great restaurant into an exceptional one. 5 /5 Hao Zhang: Had brunch here (inside the Kimpton) and it was a great experience. Food and service were both solid, exactly what you’d expect for the price and location. Special shout-out to Adrian, who was super attentive and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Would definitely come back.

5 /5 Bertie Denby: Wow what a lovely food experience. The crab cake was probably the best we have ever had hands down. The stone waygu small plate was savory and you must try it! Our steaks were great and our server Victoria was phenomenal. You must try this place. The bread pudding was delicious as well. Oh and its in a historic building downtown!

5 /5 Scott Rocush: Went here with my dad for our last dinner in San Antonio. We were going to eat outside but the loud music from passing cars made us move inside. The dining room is very nice and upscale. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and wait staff. Be prepared to easily spend 100 pp but it is worth it. We had a nice brunello and my dad had the Ceasar salad and I had the Wedge salad. The Wedge was topped with most delicious piece of bacon! Dont miss the warm bread and salted butter. We split the 22 oz. Ribeye which was great with the cognac peppercorn sauce and sautéed mushrooms. The server twisted our arms and suggested the bread pudding which was absolutely delicious. Our server was very helpful with our selections and gave prompt service. I would definitely recommend and would return when I return to San Antonio.
