5 /5 Jesse Flores: I’m glad I stopped by this restaurant after work. Food was amazing, staff was friendly. I had both the Tuna Aguachile, and the Ribeye Augachile. Both were flavorful , with just the right amount of spice. Tres leches and a margarita for desert. I was surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. Overall It was a very good experience, definitely coming back.

3 /5 Diana C: Don Bolos is a beautifully designed restaurant with a Tulum-inspired aesthetic that creates a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, the food did not meet the same standard. The ribeye “chicharrón” was essentially just fried meat in oil, lacking both flavor and the expected crispiness. The coffee tasted old, which was disappointing, and the tres leches dessert was average at best. It’s a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or a relaxed ambiance, but the culinary experience could be significantly improved.

5 /5 Jerry Curtis: Everything we had was delicious and fresh and well portioned. Definitely going back to try other things on the menu. We had chorizo nachos, crab empanadas and the spaghetti with crispy fried chicken. The spaghetti dish was a bit watery but it had a good flavor and didnt take away from the dish at all. I wouldnt preferred for the liquid to be more saucy, thicker.
