Eastburn Table - (Near Jacksboro, TX)

4 /5 K_0616: The business has gone through some recent changes and is still working on some growing pains in ernst. That being said, they have always stepped up to mitigate any issues that have arisen. The location is a perfect jumping off spot for events in the Jacksboro surrounding area as it is just down the road from the hustle of Mineral Wells. The building is beautifully renovated and has a lot of character which extends to fantastic boutique style rooms upstairs. We absolutely love staying here when we are in town. As I write this, the new website is not functional for online reservations, AND...you have to be somewhat persistent getting someone on the phone to book said room. Check in was also a unique experience. Breakfast is included and was delicious.

4 /5 Jordan Shaw: We didn’t stay in the rooms but we dined in the restaurant and wow! JR’s is located right off the square in downtown Jacksboro; we weren’t expecting much but we were truly impressed with the quality and flavor in all our dishes! When we walked in, we got a lot of confused looks from the staff so with us not being from around here, it made us confused but once we sat down and got situated, everything seemed to run a little smoother. I will say the menu online and the menu in the restaurant, don’t correlate but still a decent selection of menu options. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, my husband had the chicken fried steak and our son got the kids mac n cheese while our friends both got the ribeye. Everything was delicious! Full of flavor and mouth watering! The ribeyes cut like butter and the chicken fried steak was crispy and tender! Definitely recommend!

5 /5 Joshua Fox: I did not stay here but was driving by and stopped for lunch. My server at the bar was really cool and attentive and nice to talk to. My chicken fried steak was good the only thing I would recommend is making sure the breading fits the meat, but everything tasted good and was worth the stop for lunch.

1 /5 David: Went to eat lunch Sat and watch two employees talk to others at bar for 15 minutes. Only 7 people in the establishment. I never got a hello kiss my but or nothing. So I went somewhere else. I heard it had changed. But I guess if you’re not in the click you get nothing.

3 /5 Tony Costantino: My Family and I used to Love JRs, the menu, the food, and the regulars always made this place what it WAS. Unfortunately the city slickers that bought it have ruined what was Jacksboros best dining establishment. The menu got hacked, the chefs are mediocre and the regulars are now gone.. Such a shame ..
