Einstein Bros. Bagels - (Near Giddings, TX)

Monica Kelton My friend & I were visiting from Corpus Christi and needed to eat before we left back home. We have no regrets about choosing this old fashioned Tex-Mex Restaurant, the food was delicious and VERY friendly staff. Love their traditions of serving soup as appetizer and flan/cake for desserts. Will definitely come back.

Rachel Sanders Updated Review: Service has truly improved and we haven’t gotten a bad dish since. Pho is always amazing. Can’t find another one close that is nearly as good! Typically great food, but they have got to find more servers! Possibly more cooks? A help wanted sign would be super useful. We waited 10 minutes for a table before anyone came from the back. Now we’re sitting here, it’s been 43 minutes and still haven’t received a water. It’s hot out, I’m pregnant, and this is unacceptable. We’ve asked 3 separate times for 2 waters. Putting a table of 10’s order in the computer was apparently more important. Just received our spring rolls & they’re burnt…. No plates were given either.

Emily Ivey Great outdoor space, really impressive updates to the patio area. Very large tv, robust amount of fans. Highly recommend! Service: at one point our server changed at it just took a long time to get assistance.

JCfreek7767 Nice little/ not too little diner. Great service, sit where you like fresh coffee and water asap. We did breakfast. No issues except we wanted to eat more lol. Great choices. Great family atmosphere. Feels like home.

Rosco Jenkins Eat here whenever I go through Granite Shoals they make the best tacos. The waitress is always super friendly and helpful and the place is always nice and clean. I will definitely be back to try other items off the menu.

Lenora Breeland This place was delicious! We dropped in later on a Sunday morning after looking at a bunch of breakfast places, but they all had long wait times. No wait time, served right away, huge portions! Best charro beans ever! We had the al pastor mini tacos, menudo, tacos al carbon, and queso flamedo. All were on point and so good! Try the mixed tortillas, a combination of flour and corn!
