3 /5 Cj: Disappointed with Service and Unfriendly Staff ​I . I called at 7:54 AM to order a simple item—chicken tortilla soup. The lady who answered the phone informed me that they could not take my order because the restaurant doesnt open until 8:00 AM. ​It is poor customer service to answer the phone and spend time explaining a six-minute delay, rather than taking the order and sending it to the kitchen. I called back and place order 5 minutes later ​When I arrived to pick up the order, the in-person experience was equally disappointing. The lady was completely unpersonable and seemed more worried with her hair rather than acknowledging or assisting her customer. She needs customer service training. ​Overall, the lack of basic customer service in person is concerning. While I enjoy supporting local businesses, good front-of-house training is needed. This experience is enough for me to take my business elsewhere if it keeps happening . Service matters, and you are potentially losing customers .. On a positive note , the tortilla soup was on point and ill be back ..and the night Staff is great !!!

5 /5 Lenora Blakes: Went Monday after work for the first time and had the best time. I was seated immediately and served shortly thereafter. My server was amazing and on point. I did not have to ask for anything. The margarita was amazing and the food was delicious. I will be returning.

5 /5 Izathetexasrealtor: At first, I wanna start by saying I come from South Texas where we have authentic flavorful amazing Mexican food! That being said when I’m in Georgetown, I expect Tex-Mex food and realize it won’t be the same. However, when it came to EL NUEVO MEXICO , their salsas for the enchiladas (we tried 3 different flavors) were amazing! Their service was impeccable. I also had an alcoholic beverage, which I loved! It was a margarita at the bottom of the list of margaritas. I don’t remember the name of it, but I will say finally in Georgetown, we have a nice Mexican restaurant with really good Mexican food even the rice and beans had a good taste to them. For the other reviews where I read that the guacamole is not good… I personally rather have fresh smashed avocado, then a avocado with all these old veggies in them where it’s super watery and nasty that’s usually my experience in other places but here the avocado was fresh! I did end up adding the salsa to it but you can add the pico if you like as well! The amount was abundant! Love this place! I’m coming back soon!

5 /5 Erma L Berlanga: Two family met at this restaurant, one from San Antonio and the other from Dallas.. the service and welcomed us was top notch! We ordered the fajitas, nachos, pork chops, flautas,and the poblano chicken...awsome flavors. The food arrived timely perfect temp and most of all the experience felt family oriented, rating it a big 10!
