Gilberto Sanchez ​Black Bear Paw is extremely popular for a reason: the food is phenomenal! The staff are incredibly welcoming right from the moment you walk in, greeting you with a smile. Our server was so helpful and made excellent recommendations that we truly enjoyed. ​I ordered the California Bacon Benedicts, which were perfectly executed—rich hollandaise and flawlessly poached eggs. My wife had "The Grizz" and loved every comforting, flavorful bite. ​Everything is clearly made fresh, which is wonderful, but be warned: the place was packed, and the wait for the food was noticeable. ​Verdict: This is a clear 5-star winner. While the wait for the food is a little longer than some places, it’s only because everything is truly made from scratch and worth every second. The incredible food and incredibly pleasant, helpful service make this an absolute must-visit. Highly recommend!

Michael Sanders GREAT GRUB!! Some of the best BBQ in Lubbock. Highly recommend the moist brisket, the sausage and the loaded baked potato salad. Live music certain nights. They sell their bbq until they run out or it gets to closing time.

Leah Socorro Cayanan First time at Thai Cafe - and as soon as I entered it, its cozy atmosphere and the warm greeting of its staff Petch drew me in instantly. Food was delicious especially the fried pork belly. I would eat here again next time I come to Temple.

jorge martine Went to LongHorn Steakhouse for lunch and ordered the 6 oz filet with a lobster tail (about $35.49) and a baked potato. Overall, the meal was really good. The steak had great flavor and was cooked well, though it did feel a little smaller than a true 6 oz. The lobster tail was delicious — especially with the butter they give you. That was probably my favorite part. The baked potato was okay, nothing crazy, and it came with their bread and a Caesar salad, which were both nice additions. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely recommend this place. I honestly think the quality and taste of the meat are better than a lot of other steakhouses around. Portion size could’ve been a bit bigger, but the flavor made up for it. I’d go back for sure.

Robert Mendoza This place is awesome!!!! Matthew the server was extremely helpful. We chose two turkey dinners, one turkey sandwich combo and a sweet French Toast Combo. He explained that after 4pm they give a free pancake. There is good music from a colorful Jukebox and all the employees including the manager are all friendly and ready to serve you. This was our first experience dining at this restaurant. We will continue to stop by and have another great meal and make more memories.

In the meantime, if you’re in the Galveston area, just shut up and get here as quickly as possible for breakfast or brunch. Amazing staff, incredible food, and the best view on the patio.
