valarie dotson I had to give a review for this restaurant. I came and decorated on 11-22-2025 for a 50th birthday party.. the customer service was extremely exceptional, they were accommodating, nice and polite as well as the valet guy. He was so helpful, and I apologize for forgetting his name. He helped bring things into the restaurant and to the car. I can’t be so thankful as far as being a vendor. The managers, the staff was over the top!!! Words can not express the gratitude that we experienced at this restaurant.. The world need more staff such as the staff at III Palms. Hats off to this restaurant again!!! Great job!!!! By the way the food was also good. I just had to express the customer service here!!!!!

McArthur F (FOX) They have added to the trailer and a very nice building is constructed to it. Order your food to go or sit inside and enjoy some really good Mexican dishes. My wife and I have eaten here many times and try different things. Very much worth the vist.

Mariel Agtual I’ve been twice already and each time the service has been amazing. My friend recommended this spot because I was craving sushi in the Richmond area and I’m glad she did. The rolls were delicious and flavorful with each bite. I really enjoyed the Fuji volcano roll. I know butter is probably sacrilegious for sushi, but with the scallops and shrimp on top, I’m obsessed highly recommend that. I was not expecting the sweetheart roll to look like an actual heart so that was really cute. We wanted a healthy version of the general tso chicken which isn’t fried so they were very accommodating with our special order. The customer service has been outstanding every time we have come here. And the interior of the restaurant is actually stunning. You don’t feel like you’re in the suburbs. If you have problems picking out what to eat, don’t skip this place. One day we’ll try the hibachi because it did look entertaining and popular.

Gracie Reyna The food was really good! The price difference between cheese on the burger or no cheese was a little much but the burger, ranch, and fries were great! Service was good too. I couldn’t find the menu anywhere before going and the phone number didn’t work so here’s some pictures of the menu too!!
