5 /5 R Pall: Wow! I ordered the beef cheese steak and it was super delicious! The other order was Black n Bleu, a burger my husband said was fantastic! This is a food truck but could pass as a 5 star restaurant!

5 /5 Elizabeth Santos: Absolutely AMAZING food and atmosphere! Everyone was super friendly. Kevin on the grill, food was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had their spicy mother clucker with their house chips! Mmwahhh! Delish, perfectly seasoned and the crunch, YUMMM!! Clucking DELISH!! Hubs had the Better Burger with their beer battered fries and it was the better burger to say the least. Fries were so delicious as well. Shelby behind the bar was super friendly and very attentive! Thanks girl! If you wanna take a drive to Blanco and enjoy delicious food, this is the SPOT!

5 /5 Anthony Ruiz: Absolutely delicious food, super impressed. I got the Cuban sandwich and loaded fries, and it was SOOOO tasty. They have pretty solid portions for the price and the people are nice. Just wish I wasnt so far away, I found myself nearby and am happy I decided to stop by this place!

5 /5 Henry21053: I have been coming to Fat bottom for over a year and it has always been my go to for excellent eats. The owner is the kindest man who makes you feel like family and has a true passion for culinary arts. His chefs do an excellent job of keeping his reputation intact as one of the best spots in the Hill Country. There is nothing on the menu that wont amaze you and leave you wanting more. I am glad to see them expand and reach more people. This is the best food in Blanco and a hidden gem. Dont hesitate to support this business. I guarantee you will not regret it.
