Kerri Nowowiejski We decided to take a different route home from Ft Worth to Cypress/Houston and stopped in Mexia for Mexican food and let me tell you, it’s the best Mexican food I’ve had in a while and we frequent the Mexican restaurants around Cypress. Husband agrees. I had two beef enchiladas with queso sauce, rice and charro beans. Husband had the Chili Relleno with queso sauce, rice and charros. The enchilada wasn’t dry and probably the best I’ve had- the corn tortilla was perfection. The Chili Relleno was made authentically and was so so good. Charros were delish with lots of ham, onion etc- great flavor. The rice- I usually don’t care for the rice at 99% of Mexican restaurants, but theirs was perfectly seasoned and fluffy. The young waitress was excellent and had a beautiful smile. Ambiance was normal for this type of small restaurant and it seemed clean. We may have to go off the beaten path again to come back! 5 stars for the food!

Shana Beaver My daughter and I had dinner here for the first time tonight. The ladies working were phenomenal and the “Manager Special” was delicious! For $12.50 including the “Big Yellow Cup” it was a great deal! Sorry I started eating before I remembered that I wanted to write a review of the fantastic experience we had tonight. Ariana Estrella Food and drinks here are amazing!! I decided to wait until after we’ve visited 3 times to see if we were just coming in on a lucky day, and we were not disappointed this place is great!We brought my dad when he came to town to visit and it was a great experience, the food was delicious and they have so many options that all look so delicious. We will be back for future meals and date nights!

Diego Williams Water was good, torilla soup was perfect, Chicken fried stake was chewy in alot of places like rubber and plether fur belt chewy, infinite toast was great, the gravy was bland as if water and flower was the only flavor. The fried were ok, the ranch was good. Service was nice and kept up. TAP water was 1$ (:/)

Abby I had the best chicken I have had in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and order the Pollo Con Mole. The flavors are perfectly balanced and I cant wait to go back. The fajitas were perfect, best we have found here in New Braunfels. The appetizer selection is great. The booths are a bit small for my personal preference (like really Im not a skinny girl) and their drink menu could be enhanced by adding more options. The tequila old fashioned had too much Bitters and I would have preferred a standard old fashioned. The service is excellent. Making the entire meal an experience rather than just getting some food somewhere.
