Titas Mexican Kitchen - Big Spring
Elijah Farley First look I mean really look at the color on the red and green enchiladas - like stop reading and go look. I stared at that for a week before mustering the courage to go. Theses were going to be extremely deceptive or the best thing I’ve ever eaten. It was the latter.
I want to preface this by saying this. I used to think my grand mother made the best Mexican food very rarely beaten by a restaurant and if they did it was one item.
This food is so good It puts my grandmothers entire kitchen to shame.
This food is so good I would have thought it came out of a five star restaurant in Mexico City .
This food is so good I would have paid $30 a plate at such a restaurant.
The enchiladas sauce is so full of flavor I don’t know how they extract it but they do and you know it’s homemade by the hands of a loving grandmother . The relleno is by far the best I’ve ever eaten . The beans were cooked right with fat and salt as god intended. rice was fluffy and flavor full.
10/10 stars this is a must a have Mexican food spot
