1 /5 Josh Rice: Stopped by this place with my girlfriend a couple months ago. We are new to the area and were interested in getting a membership here but wanted to ask about a day pass or guest pass first. We stopped in and there was literally no one there, an empty parking lot and lobby area. We were a bit disheveled because we just went hiking, but we thought we could get a day pass and hit the pool and try the facilities. Instead, the female staff member we finally found was actually very rude. She scoffed at our question about the day pass and was very off putting about our questions about how much a membership would cost. We are both young attorneys and make good money and would have expected them to cater to us just a bit since we were potentially going to be members for years to come if we liked the facility. The golf course looked in poor condition, and even when I called again later in the week to ask someone about the membership details and share my poor experience with them when we visited in person, their phone line did not work well and eventually disconnected. I would recommend some classes in customer service for your staff, and also selling day passes for the pool and the gym to spur new membership. Unless you folks just hate money, which is already something youll never get from me.
