Kate K Updates: We revisited after getting a response from the manager, and it was fantastic this time! Greeted and seated right away. Service, food quality, and ambience was all perfect. We ordered 4 course meal and it was filling and a fun experience. Definitely coming back! ‐------------------------------------------------------ Original post: When we went there, we werent even greeted for more than 15 minutes. There was a server but she didnt sit us down or showed us menu nothing like that. She simply said they have a shortage of workers that day, without telling us how long we should wait or no apologies. There was another group who waited with us more than 10 minutes and we all left the restaurant. Pretty sure the only server wanted us to just leave. Understand that a shortage of staff is a big issue but Im sure they could have handled it differently. Ive never experienced a resutaurant just totally ghosting ppl when there were tons of empty tables. They could have came up with a waiting system or something like that. It was just bizzare..

Dustin Shanley Real nice place. No reservation. So we were sat in the community seating. Just a real long table with bar chairs. Still very nice and comfortable. Definitely on the nicer end. We had the special (Sea Bass), Halibut, Calamari, Lobster Mac. All cooked to perfection. The Lobster Mac though was seriously something else though. Just wow. Everyone tries to put this on the menu but after having it here Im totally ruined. Dont get me wrong everything was amazing but Im getting the Lobster Mac as side every single time I come back. They also have fun cocktails that were awesome. Cant say Ive had a marshmallow roasted in my drink before this. Highly recommend.

Bo J My dining experience at Masraffs for Houston Restaurant Weeks was truly exceptional. The elegant ambiance and impeccable service set the stage for an unforgettable meal, and the menu they offered for the event was outstanding. For my appetizer, I had the Jumbo Lump Crab Vol Au Vent. The pastry was light and flaky, and it was filled with a generous portion of delicious jumbo lump crab, served in a rich and savory mushroom and white wine sauce. It was a perfect start to the evening. The main course was the Pacific Lane Snapper. The fish was cooked to perfection—moist and flaky with a beautifully seared skin. It was served over a delectable sauce and alongside a flavorful rice and vegetable medley. The combination of textures and flavors was fantastic and showcased the chefs expertise. Dessert was the perfect ending. The Golden Delicious Apple Cobbler was a masterpiece. The crumble topping was buttery and crisp, complementing the warm, spiced apples inside. Topped with a generous scoop of what I believe was bourbon vanilla ice cream and a fresh mint leaf, it was a truly decadent and comforting treat. My wife had the Banana Bread Trifle, which was equally impressive. Served in a charming glass jar, it was a layered dessert with rich banana custard, fluffy vanilla whipped cream, and a satisfying Nilla wafer crumble. Masraffs delivered an incredible fine dining experience for a great cause. Every dish was a work of art, and the quality of the ingredients and presentation was top-notch. I highly recommend it for a special occasion or just to treat yourself to an amazing meal.

Norma Garcia My husband brought me here for our 20th anniversary dinner. From the beginning to end everything was amazing. Our server Jorge was wonderful. Recommended some great dishes. The staff was great, atmosphere was lovely, and food was very delicious.

Lisa Haller I brought my husband here for his Bday, everything was perfect. Our server Joey , absolutely amazing. The pork belly appetizer, tender with a perfect blueberries gastric. The poach pear salad , light and refreshing. Steak cooked perfect delicious and tender. Cauliflower steak with the risotto, the flavors were on point. Definitely will be back! If youve never been to Ricks, go now! Its worth it.

Ashton Bethke We are frequent visitors to Galveston and have never been to Willy G’s. Our first experience was absolutely amazing. We sat on the back patio and it was serene. The food was sooooo good. Great flavors, good portion sizes, and the wine list is great as well. Leaving the best for last our server JJ was out of this world! Best service we have had in a LONG time! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to talk to! He recommended some food to us and hit the nail on the head! He talked very highly of the other staff and the owner as well! We will definitely be going back next time we are down there!
