The Vault - New Ulm

Rating: 4.9 /5
heartbloodsoul Cozy lighting and atmosphere. Excellent choices for wine, beer, and cocktails. Inside and outside seating. They can host your next party. There is a pizza restaurant you can order food from that is a block away, and you can pick it up or they can deliver it to The Vault. The Vault will also get food trucks, and they post which ones are coming.

Vargas BBQ - Edinburg

Rating: 4.5 /5
Zachery Alvarado Vargas BBQ is the real deal. You can taste the heart and hustle in every bite. From the brisket fideo and creamy green spaghetti to the incredible beef-cheek barbacoa and amazing burgers, everything is packed with flavor. Ram’s smoked meats are top-tier, and Nidia’s recipes tie the whole menu together. On top of that, they keep their prices fair and truly care about serving the community. Easily one of the best spots in the Valley — absolutely worth the visit!

Mi Ranchito Mex Grill - Killeen

Rating: 4.4 /5
Quinnie I decided to give our neighborhood restaurant the spotlight and stars it deserves. It is always super clean in the restaurant. I didn’t know we had a full service bar great addition to the restaurant. The music of course was amazing I danced the entire time. I wanted chicken and ended up getting beef and I must be honest it was moist tasty and hot! I would like to see a salsa not tomato based since I am allergic. The $2.99 margaritas totally sold me and to top it I get a flavor for $1 more. The customer service was beyond great the attentiveness and conversation with Diana was nothing shy of fabulous. Then I learned she was doing two persons job. Her commitment and satisfaction to make sure customers have a great experience deserves to be rewarded. Come one come all they are opened and surviving quality food and customer experience. I know it’s a little drive out but it’s definitely worth the drive.

The Morales Store - Edna

Rating: 4.8 /5
Bruce Blankenship Great motorcycle ride (285 mile round trip) to experience a very delicious bacon cheeseburger, chicken fried steak sandwich, patty melt, fried mushrooms, fried okra, tater tots, and French fries. The store was pretty cool to visit, memories of the old days growing up. Our group really enjoyed the atmosphere plus when paying at the counter, there was a big wooden Indian “Kawliga” available for a photo-op !!!!
