Melissa Tankersley We had an incredible dinner at Saint Blaise this past Friday night. We made a reservation and were seated immediately—no wait at all, which was a great start. Our waiter, Andy, was phenomenal. His service was attentive, friendly, and truly elevated our entire experience. We started with the French onion dip and homemade chips—absolutely to die for! The chips were fresh, crispy, and addictive. I had the Salisbury steak, which was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. My husband had the gnocchi, which was soft, rich, and full of a punch of flavor. Every dish hit the mark. The drinks were crafted with care and tasted just as amazing as they looked. You could tell a lot of love went into them. Andy didn’t just stop at great service—he gave us top-tier recommendations for post-dinner drinks, which rounded out our evening perfectly. Andy is a huge asset to the Saint Blaise team. We will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this spot to friends and family. A truly memorable date night!

Amanda Murrillo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing homemade breakfast a true gem! We had breakfast here and were blown away. The pancakes were fluffy with fresh berries the bacon was perfectly crispy and the waffles were delicious. Everything is homemade even the syrup and you can taste the difference in every bite. The presentation was beautiful the portions were generous and the service was warm and friendly. Cozy atmosphere and truly made from scratch food it felt like a home cooked meal with restaurant quality touches. If you are in Seminole this place is a must try. We will definitely be back.

Ruben Arcaute Well worth the 4 hour trip from McAllen, Texas to Carrizo Springs, Texas. The food was "Super Delicious" as Ms. Tinas catch phrase claims. The food was made to order and cooked with lots of passion. Eventhough Ms. Tina was busy, she still made time to interact with all her customers. She and her daughter are very genuine with their customer service. The place itself is very clean and provides an inviting atmosphere in which to eat. We will be back sometime in the future. Thanks Tina and staff on behalf of my wife and I.

Jose Carlos Very affordable and delicious taqueria El Taquero The seating area was nice and clean. Madeline was really nice greeted us in a friendly manner and explained to us the menu since it is our first time here. I went with the Trompo and Chicken burrito 10/10 and the green salsa is out of this planet just delicious. My wife went with a classic cheese burger and fries. The burger was awesome juicy and seasoned just perfect the fries were fried to perfection and also seasoned to just rite. We definitely recommend yall to come and try this taqueria to anybody in the area or passing by 10/10
