5 /5 Ivania Rivas: This place has amazing vibes. We came to the little town after some rain. The weather was nice, it was cloudy and windy. We took a small walk to the museum after dinner. I cannot describe the happinesses this gave me.

5 /5 Jayne Bodmann: This place is a gem. Stopped on our way back from RenFest and this place was a terrific surprise. Our waiter, Shea was the nicest and so attentive. He had great recos. Cocktails are stellar, board was great, and dessert was fantastic. Music as an added bonus. Such a great find. We’ll add it to our list when we’re in the area again. Thanks, Shea!!

1 /5 April Polk: The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Went there with my son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren for the teddy bear parade. Initially ordered food to go. After the short parade, we decided we would sit and eat instead of taking it to go and enjoy the atmosphere. I had ordered the food 30 minutes before, they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, so I expected we would sit down and be served quickly. I asked her to have the food plated instead of to go. The hostess told us to sit anywhere outside. After 10 minutes, no one had approached us or brought water. Instead, the same hostess came to our table to tell us someone had just reserved it and we had to move. She did not offer a different table, However, we saw one, but there were only two chairs and it was dirty. She said she would clean it off so we walked over there and waited. Five minutes later she came and removed what was on the table but did not clean it nor did she bring the three other chairs that we needed. 15 more minutes goes by. We still don’t have food and no one has approached us to bring us water or ask us what we would like to drink. I went to the hostess four times over the next 45 minutes before they finally brought our food to us. It was all in to go containers. She dropped one of them on the ground, set the containers on the table and left. We waited another 20 minutes for the other plate to be prepared and still was not offered anything to drink. We did finally get four glasses of water. However, there were five of us. Interestingly, one of us is not Caucasian. At first, I could not accept the blatant racism and horrible treatment I was witnessing, but I watched all the other patrons, receiving food, drinks, refills, and basic customer service. The same people sitting at the table, we were asked to leave, were served and left after finishing their meals before we even received our food. The only thing they were quick about was bringing me the check. Felt like they could not get us out of their restaurant quick enough. The three employees we encountered were rude, inefficient, offered no apologies, were distracted, and only approached our table after I walked back into the restaurant four times questioning where the food we ordered over an hour ago was and why no one had brought us water or taken a drink order. I cannot comment on the food, the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth. Would only return to receive a refund and apology

5 /5 Melody Barlow: This place is a must visit when in the Chappell Hill area. The decor and atmosphere is charming, and the food and menu were delightful! I can’t wait to go back in the near future.
