carrie walton This place is a hidden Gem,that is tucked away in an old gas station, the food was absolutely delicious!! The homemade chili is a must try!! The philly was not listed on the menu but suggested to us and it did not disappoint.. oozing of cheese and oh so yummy! My husband and parents had the bacon cheese burgers which were juicy and made to perfection. We definitely will be back to visit in the near future. If your lucky you might get to hear some beautiful music belting from the voices of locals while having lunch.

Chilabox - El Paso

Joseph Johnson This charming establishment is tucked away in the heart of the city, offering a unique experience. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance with a limited indoor seating area. Fortunately, the inviting patio provides ample space to enjoy your meal and the beautiful weather. Its a wonderful spot to relax and savor the delicious food. Theres really only one thing to eat but its great. Well worth the trip.

Donut Palace - Kaufman

Rating: 4.3 /5
Markie McClendon I love this place, the donuts are better than Krispy Creme and the staff is super friendly. A lot of weekend days I wake up late and call at last minute to see if they have any glaze left and donut holes for my Grandbaby 10 mins before closing time? They always say "Yes we will wait on you!" They always do and always throw a donut or 2 in free. I wouldnt go anywhere else. All the breakfast items are soooo good.

Addies Diner - Midland

Victor-Johnson Zondra This food was sooooo good! The meals start around $15, but you get your moneys worth and then some! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary the weekend we went, so this place became a new memory for us. My husband loves burgers and I love breakfast. We were trying to find a place in Midland that could serve both of our cravings, and we ended up finding our favorite place to eat! I only ate half of my meal and my husband made it through his burger ha! Also, if yall are wanting hot sauce, ask for the house salsa. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant has been owned by the same family for two generations. The ambiance is a casual, family-friendly time warp with the best food in Midland! Try to take pictures with the novelty items inside and the murals outside. It was such a great experience!

Hipshots Burgers and Tea - Borger

Rating: 4.2 /5
Domingo Silvas This is a diamond in the rough and a must stop to eat when you’re in the area! As we were driving through this little town of Borger, we spotted a line of cars at this drive-through shack next to Taco Bell and figured they must be good with a line like that. We got 2 single cheeseburgers, small fries and a Watermelon Tea. Wow, the burger was larger than expected and delicious…we unfortunately couldn’t even finish it all. The tea was so refreshing and tasty on a hot day like this!

Crossroads Cafe - Paducah

Rose Carlyle Unexpectedly fantastic cafe in a tiny town on our drive from Texas Tech in Lubbock. Loved everything about it. Incredible burger (and they grilled the jalapeños for me on request!). Fries were crispy, and the beef in the au jus sandwich was great. Plan to stop here on your roadtrip.
