Sarah Ledbetter Stopped in for a snack while walking on the square. Perfect ambience and the service was so personal and warm. Exactly the southern hospitality I’d expect from Fredericksburg. We had an Espresso Martini and a New York Sour. The espresso martini rivals those of some of the nicest restaurants in Dallas, HIGHLY recommend!!! The meatball sub and burrata flatbread were lighter than you’d expect which was exactly what we were looking for. Cannot recommend this place more for a quick little lunch. Dylan (or Dillan?) was absolutely spectacular so I’d love to give him a mention as he made our whole experience wonderful and gave great recommendations. Also this portrait of the bull is the best part of the bistro and should be featured more in these reviews.

J.R. Martinez My family and I were in midland for some shopping and store hopping. We drove past this place on our way to jumanji. So we stopped on our way back. Very glad we did. It was 230 and they closed at 3. But we did not feel rushed or hurried. Even though we were the last customers in the building. The food was delicious the child and salsa were on point. We will be going again.

Lupe Alba We have been to this little gem a few times. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh and delicious. They have the best aguas frescas!

360 Views Oman (Dealer Elements) You want some fresh hot tacos early in the morning! Nicholas got you... This is definitely what you call home food at a restaurant. Nicholas cooks with heart. You will enjoy every bite, whether you are in a hurry or you have time to sit and eat! I highly recommend this place, oh yes, their food! I wish you guys the very best!

Jennifer Henderson Seriously the BEST fondue experience I’ve ever had! Simply Dipped was amazing from start to finish. We started with their Swiss onion cheese and I’ve been thinking about it ever since!! Great proportions and everything served with it was so fresh. The salads and entrees were amazing. The chocolate fondue was just spectacular! It was such a fun time. The owners are so awesome and very inviting as well! We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to come back again!
