Krutika Kamdi Loved this place. Truffle fries are soo flavorful, Fried mushrooms had perfect crispness. shrimps were great too. I wouldn’t miss desert whenever I stop at this place. Chocolate bomb cake has perfect level of sweetness, rich texture & it just melts in our mouth. Definitely recommend this place.

Big Amos These are some of the best street tacos I’ve had and the fact that he let me sample some of the different meats he had was awesome. I’d recommend the fajita and the steak ones with white cheese. The red and green sauce were both on point. If you’re a foodie this place is a must try on a Texas road trip. -huntsvillecoin

Wright On Taco - Marshall

Mr. Evans A Hidden Gem in Marshall, TX!!! If youre ever passing through Marshall—or even remotely nearby—you must make a detour to Wright On Tacos. What looks like a humble, unassuming spot from the outside turns out to be one of the most unexpectedly phenomenal food experiences Ive had in a long time. I originally stopped by for a quick bite, not expecting much beyond the usual small-town taco fare. But from the very first bite, I was floored. These tacos aren’t just good—they’re next level. Perfectly seasoned, fresh ingredients, and creative combinations that feel both comforting and exciting. Every taco I tried had its own bold flavor profile, yet they all had that common thread of quality and care. But let’s talk about the real surprise—the brisket sandwich. I honestly wasn’t expecting a BBQ experience to rival places that only specialize in brisket, but Wright On Tacos delivered. Smoky, tender, juicy, and piled high on a soft bun, the brisket was clearly slow-cooked to perfection. The barbecue sauce was the perfect balance of tangy and sweet, and the portion size was more than generous. Even beyond the food, the vibe of the place is just right. It’s cozy and welcoming, and the customer service is outstanding. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they’re serving—and it shows in both their hospitality and the quality of their dishes. What makes this place truly special is the mix of casual comfort and five-star flavor. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why small, locally-owned restaurants are so important to the food scene. You won’t find this kind of heart and flavor at a chain. So whether youre a local or just passing through, do yourself a huge favor—stop by Wright On Tacos. You’ll leave full, happy, and probably already planning your next visit. Five stars all the way.

The Grill - Angleton

Stephen James Comfort food that youll love! I heard of this place through colleagues who have been there. Driven by the Ford dealership a number of times and didnt realize they had this spot in there. For those confused that the directions are taking you to the Ford dealership, its correct. Its INSIDE the dealership building under the blue canopy. Donna Moser is the manager and she certainly makes you feel welcome. Friendly staff and theyre very quick. Everything is made fresh. You can see it come fresh off the oven/grill. Pros: 1. Great food. Big portions and tasty. 2. Very casual no frills setting. 3. Adequate seating for about 25 people at a time. Cons 1. Easy to miss if you have never been here before. 2. It can get packed during peak lunch hour. 3. Barely any options if you are vegetarian. Almost none, if youre vegan.
