Little Caesars Pizza - (Near Bonham, TX)

3 /5 Tammy Graf: I’ve ordered crazy crust twice now from this location and the first time they didn’t put the garlic and parmesan on it. This time they did the same thing. I asked them to correct it and she took it back and they squirted garlic spread with no Parmesan. At that point I get upset and I have some at home. They need to learn how to make the pizza they have. You pay more for the “special” crust so this isn’t acceptable. Also, I ordered wings for my brother in law and he said they didn’t hardly have meat on them. Not really impressed with this pizza location. The one in Sherman is so much better. I did give them 3 stars because it is hot and fresh.

1 /5 Robert Reynolds: 2nd time missing items from order when delivered. Told that there is nothing they can do unless I come there for either a refund or pick up what’s missing. I guess they don’t understand the idea of delivery!! Take care of the customers or you want have any.

5 /5 Justin Edwards: Great quality food at a good price. This location is not accessible friendly and does not have handicap parking nor an accessible ramp or entrance. They do have a drive-thru so that does make it accessible friendly in that regard. However if you want to go inside and pick up your own order youre going to have to use the ramp for the neighboring business that is over 100 ft away. This location is easily visible from the road and is also easily accessible with a wide drive-in and multiple pathways to get in and out. It is a very large parking lot with clear pathways in and out. The Little Caesars itself has a decent amount of parking spots however I see them getting busy fast as it gets busy here. This location does not have publicly accessible bathrooms but that is common for Little Caesars. The location appeared to be very clean from the outside and from the drive-thru window. The food quality of this location was great and probably one of the best Little Caesars that I have had. They are still working to dial in the crazy bread a little bit but the food was probably the best Ive had from a Little Caesars. Staff was friendly and quick to get me taken care of with no fuss. I think the biggest thing that makes this place special is how clean and crisp it is given that it just opened thats a great thing. Also the quick quality food at a good price.

5 /5 Kora B.: Theyve been open literally a couple of days. App isnt up yet, phone isnt quite working but considering they opened the day we had damaging storms, theyre doing great. Its consistent with LC quality. Cheap and fast option for dinner! Very friendly! Glad to see them back in town again! Update: still awesome! They always offer cookies to my kiddo.

1 /5 Abby Watson: I never complain, even if food is awful but we waited an hour for our food like it said to then when we went in on our pickup time they said it’s would still be 30 minutes minimum, after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for two pizzas I finally got them and one was completely someone else’s pizza, instead of offering to fix it the first thing they said is we can refund you just wait a minute. The guy beside me showed up at pickup time and they told him to go run errands cause he had 10 people in front of him.
