Lilly Bueche Stopped by Barrio Eats & Drinks and tried the flautas ahogadas — and wow, they were absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, the red and green sauce was rich and full of spice without being too heavy, and the flautas stayed crisp just the right amount. You can really tell the food is made with care and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, with a great local vibe and friendly staff who made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Mexican food in downtown El Paso.

Jen McCann Just happened to be passing through and looking for a "different" place to eat besides usual chains. Stumbled upon this gem and it did not disappoint! Super vibe, friendly staff, and a very colorful menu. I had the buffalo chicken tacos and they were fabulous! Hubby had the chicken strips that are buttermilk brined and hand breaded. Also outstanding! Paired with the elotes as a side and it was perfection! 10/10 recommend!

Victoria Childress My friends and I stopped by here for brunch on our way out of town. This couldn’t have been a better experience! We were seated in a reasonable time, the menu had vegan and gluten sensitive options, and the atmosphere was clean and trendy. Our server Jennifer was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, personable and attentive. The food was FANTASTIC!!! I got the GS Strawberry nutella waffle, hashbrowns and maple chicken sausage. Full of flavor and didn’t even taste like it was gluten free. We got our food quickly too and had an amazing experience. Would 10/10 come back here anytime I’m in town!!

Christy Marshall I literally drive an hour to eat here when I want Italian. The food is FRESH and made to order clearly. I use to be a big fan of Olive Garden until my husband took me here to eat in July 2025 - I have not eaten any Italian any where else but here. Food is superb, staff is so friendly, the chef is rocking that place!
