Los Dos Garcias - (Near New Braunfels, TX)

Sharon Roell What a little gem of a place! Had brunch with some girlfriends and the food was incredible and the service friendly (albeit a bit slow but waitress said they were understaffed). The little old converted house had plenty of character with lovely unique ceramics decorating the place and you were served on pretty pieces as well. The liege waffles were to die for (crispy, not so too sweet) and the bottomless coffee very good as well. Will return for a savory brunch soon! As a bonus, take a little stroll down the park trail to the neighboring little waterfall.

Dave Everest BREAKFAST - 5 stars. Oh man, just passing thru town and found this online. Amazing - small town cafe. Great value and top notch service with a smile. Oh, the freshly made biscuits are buttered and grilled with a nice crispy edge. The best biscuits I think I’ve had.

Don Truelock Everything we had was really good. The catfish, house made chips and those hushpuppies was awesome. The steakfingers were nice and tender. The hamburger steak was fantastic. The place is a true hidden gem.

Bridget Shoe Georgia is the best waitress. 4 of us visited today. I loved the grilled fish and shrimp. Everyone else had breaded fish and told me it was good.

Hugo Flores Nice spot to sit and get a quick meal in. The amount of variety they have for their tortas is insane. It’s impressive honestly. Their aguas frescas are also pretty delicious. I had the mango and pepino + limon and they were both freshly made and you could tell. Good spot, highly recommend.

Kat G This place is yummyyy and has great pricing! Mind you they only had two waitresses when we went and it was Mother’s Day weekend so I can’t really ding them on service but they were realllllyyy busy. But the amount of food and the cost def won me over, can’t wait to come back!
