5 /5 Traveling Sense: Fabulous tacos with delicious rice and beans. Taco plate included four generous tacos on corn tortillas (great gluten free option). I chose two Al Pastor and two beef cooked with cabbage. Both were great but the beef with cabbage was my favorite. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Fresh. Served piping hot. This will be our go-to whenever passing through Alpine. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Michelle Hook: Went to Alpine for the day while in Texas and stopped at Maria’s food truck for lunch. It was excellent. Got the tacos al pastor. The hot sauce was so good I asked where it was from. They said it was homemade and then gave me a small container to take with me! ❤️

4 /5 Shekia Scavella: The food is restaurant quality . Don’t underestimate this food truck . She has freshly pressed ground beef for her hamburger. Hamburger is served with fries and if you want cheese/bacon it is an additional fee. We also had the Al pastor(marinated pork) served with rice and beans, cilantro with onions, a green sauce and red hot sauce. Also had a Mexican style potatoe taco this one doesn’t have the cilantro and onion but both tasted good. My favorite taco was the Al pastor . The food looked appealing and tasted good. The rice and the beans were cooked to my liking and not watery like La Casita. . The lady was kind and friendly I was super happy with the service and quality of food . We ate here 4/5 days that we stayed in Alpine, Tx. Today was our last day and she made a cheese quesadilla for my toddler I really appreciated that. The only thing that I can say is I wish she would add some more items to the menu I know it would be tasty . Support this business you won’t be disappointed.
