McDonalds - (Near Muleshoe, TX)

1 /5 Ryen: Drinks were flatter than flat. And the service SUCKS staff was SO rude. They forgot our happy meal so i sent my son in and they call my son a lying brat. So I went in and had to end up paying for my daughter’s happy meal. So don’t come here the staff won’t care that’s for sure.

1 /5 Revival Diesel Performance: Ordered a kids meal & shake. After seeing my kids meal sit behind the counter for 5 mins I go ask for it. They say they’re out of chocolate shakes which is why they didn’t give me my food. I say that’s fine we’ll leave without it. Just some communication would go a long way The place is disgusting. The men’s restroom is closed so they’re going into the women’s and peeing everywhere- all over the seat & the floor. No one seems bothered to clean the place. Every table is covered in trash & not wiped down. It doesn’t seem there’s anyone in charge, or if there is they don’t speak up and take charge.

1 /5 Angel Stone Moss: My husband and I have not visited a McDonalds in 30 year. However, today we felt safe stopping in Muleshoe,Texes. We had been traveling for 6+ hours and we needed to take a break. We ordered our full meals. Sat down at our table waited for our number to be called. Meals came out quickly with no cups. Had to ask for cups. The young lady spun around quickly grabbing three cups dropping one and hands them other 2 off as if it was a baton in a foot race. Then head to chit-chat with friends. I went and filled our drinks and was looking for ketchup in my bag. Return to the counter, interrupt the young ladies private conversation to ask for ketchup. Boy, if you like lots of ketchup, interup a good private conversation. You receive a big hand full. These are young people learning to work their first jobs most of time. They are all forgiven. They are kids! Then there was the assistant manager or manager (wearing lighter purple shirt), walking to and from supply closet or janitorial closet in the dining area watching and waited till our food was pulled out and all on the table to walk over to the table next to us to ask my husband and I (in an unfriendly manner) to move across the dining room because there was a young lady deep cleaning the seat and we would be in the way. Then she quickly turned and walked away. This would not have been a problem if I had not been sitting there before waited for our food. The young lady did not say anything. The assist/manager never said anything either. It was only when we had placed the food on the table was there a problem. I sit here thinking of all the of customer service training that is available for those in lead positions this should not be a problem in any business. This reflex negetive on the company.

1 /5 Annette Gee: Let’s start with the horrible customer service and to end with this slowest McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life. Everytime I come I know I should expect to wait 10-15min for only fries today was a record of 20 minutes for 2 fries. (You’d expect them to be fresh but 5 times out of 10 they aren’t.)

2 /5 Gavin Beuke: Avoid this location at night. Lazy staff that frankly dont care about their job, always cold fries, every time they refuse to bring food to the table, burgers look like thrown together and shoved into the bag as carefree as possible. The only reason for 2 stars is the day shift and the night shift manageress, polar opposite attitudes compared to the lazy distasteful night shift. Day shift and night time manageress are great bunch.
