1 /5 Alaina Deleon: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. I waited over an hour for my food, which is completely unacceptable. I went through the drive-thru, and like they usually do, they handed me my drinks at the window and then told me to pull forward and wait for someone to bring out my meal. But this system clearly doesn’t work, because it causes customers like me to be skipped over again and again.
That’s exactly what happened. I watched multiple cars that ordered after me get their food and drive off, while I continued waiting with no update. After realizing something was clearly wrong, I finally got out of my car and went inside to the counter to check on my order. Only then did they realize they had completely forgotten about it.
No one should have to wait an hour or walk inside just to remind staff of an order they already paid for. The lack of organization, communication, and attention at this location is unacceptable, and the entire process needs major improvement. This was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of my time.
