5 /5 Fireman Joshua Yanes: The service has been great, the staff is very friendly and very attentive. Let’s gets down to the brass tax.. Chips and salsa, were pretty good. The chips taste home made, and they give you two salsas, one hot and one cold, both of which were great. The margaritas on the rocks; Got a flight of four, mango, watermelon, sangria, and strawberry. All of which were great, definitely taste like they use real purée. Abuelitas plate; a gordita stuffed with beans and cheese and choice of meat., comes with a Soft Taco , rice and beans on the side. My lady enjoyed the chicken taco, and the Al pastor Gordita. Both came with plenty of meat and yummy pico de gallo. The rice was tasty, and she opted for the charro beans which were a 6/10 but the rest of her plate was a 8-9/10 Caldo de res. I opted for the large size, and everything in it is great, the rice is tasty, all the veggies were cooked right and the broth was yummy! They also give a healthy portion of meat in this plate. Overall, this place is a hit, don’t knock it till you try it. The inside service is top notch, can’t complain about a thing.

4 /5 Vesperam Noriega: A day of Black Friday shopping with my BFF!! Tried Mexicano Grill, the new TexMex (in the old LJS location). Seated right away, table had not been wiped clean. Hostess used napkin to swipe off table. We requested a wet towel to clear sticky food before ordering. Yummy food for a treat, bit higher on cost for lunch, ours was about $18 a plate. They did offer lunch specials but we choose what we wanted on menu. Noticed drive through had paper poster sales on items. "Taco Tues crunchy $1.25" Queso small to go was about $4 in drive through, one size option dine in was about $10. The drinks were decently priced about $9 for frozen Pina colada, decent flavor of alcohol. Corn tortillas tasted homemade, nice and thick. Chips were excellent and salsa was fair. Meat was amazing! Beans and rice filled out the meal. Our waitress was good, felt like a cousin serving us, very nice. Offered us waters during meal. Tables are very close together. One solid Bench seat along wall shared by all outer tables. Restroom had a leak and floor was very slippery, staff went in with mop to help clear up the water. 5 /5 Heather Patterson: I found this place to be quite impressive. I went for breakfast and ordered the 3 chorizo and egg tacos for $5. Wanted to keep it pretty basic for a first try. The tacos are small but acceptable for price. The chorizo had good flavor and wasnt overly greasy. The price was on point for what I received and I was full after eating. I went in as opposed to the drive thru so I could really check it out. I was greeted by a friendly waitress as soon as I entered. I placed my order to go and paid and received my order promptly. I waited literally 1-2 minutes. I did utilize the restroom which was very clean and well stocked. The dining room was clean and inviting although seating seemed close together. I will definitely return at lunch or dinner and dine in and look forward to trying more menu items very soon. Dont sleep on this place! Its definitely worth it!

1 /5 TheWanderer: Ordered the beef tips and caldo de res and “homemade flour tortillas”. Tips gravy was over seasoned and the tips were not tender. The beef in the soup had no flavor and was not tender. The chips were stale. The “homemade flour tortillas” were horrible: bad flavor and tasted like they’ve been on a shelf for a week. Tried calling in my order and 2 people could not answer me I questions then were rude about it. Soup and one plate was $34. Would NOT recommend this restaurant.
