MGs Burgers - (Near Sherman, TX)

5 /5 Shonda Wesley: My daughter and I had lunch there today after her dentist appointment. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. They have it decorated super cute inside and outside. The food was so good! The bread on the burgers was soft and buttery. Fried pickles were great! We also had cake, but I forgot to take a picture of it. 10/10. We will definitely be back!

The food (chicken strips) was good, ladies who took our orders were not friendly, but not rude, just doing their jobs, but I give them 5 stars bc the owner/manager was very active engaging with the customers. She paid attention, adjusted the thermostat when she saw my wife putting on a sweater, asked several times if we needed anything, welcomed us in, and bid us a good farewell. She made up for the shortfall elsewhere. He decor/atmosphere is neat. All round, we enjoyed it and would return here.

5 /5 C-M L: What a quaint but unique find in a town so far from the big cities! We were up on a college tour and after the event, kid was starving but searched the area to identify this as a spot for potato tots. It looked like what used to be a work shop and was pleasantly surprised to find the one of a kind diner that served a full menu with curated decorations that were related to the MG! The staff were folksy, and most welcoming of us obvious strangers to the town, and was able to offer big cup of hot coffee when I requested a hot drink. Kid got her grilled cheese and tots, which she devoured and was very happy with while I had my fill of deliciously battered fried zucchini! Wait staff took time to visit the tables and obviously a family restaurant that was very kid friendly, and even had a jukebox there!

3 /5 Debra Sequenzia: I have to say, I really wanted to LOVE this place. The atmosphere and service were incredible. The tots and fried zucchini were really good! The burger though...maybe I caught them on an off day? I know people that love their burgers! But to me, it really lacked any flavor. It didnt taste grilled, tasted more like it was straight boiled hamburger meat. I didnt taste any seasoning at all. I was disappointed because the burger itself was a good size.
