Lance Ames Los Machetes is a must try in the RGV. Such a great menu with tlacoyos (blue corn masa), huitlacoche, tinga, pastor, and fajita. Tortillas are made fresh and are incredibly soft for corn. The machete taco itself is delicious with a deep flavor that you don’t find in any other place in the area. Top it all off with fresh, homemade horchata and you are guaranteed to have one of the best culinary experiences in the 956.

Molly Emily The food here was truly wonderful, and the service was amazing! Our waiter Phil was funny and light hearted while still staying professional, I wish there were more waiters like him. The drinks were also good, and everything was very reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back!

Timothy Woodson BBQ Woody here. Thnx for a great bbq visit. Ibhad the sausage and pork ribs. The 2nd i put a rib towards my face i smelt the mesquite, which gives each bite that great flavor i love. The sausage had a wonderful smoke flavor and wasnt skinny like some other bbq places are. The colslaw is deliciously unique, but familiar. I had u alls nanapuddin...mmm yummy and wished more coastal bend bbq places had that...u all are in the south...but most Texans dont get into that..they think they are just Tx. Will see ya again. Glory Talbott Friendly people, great service and good food similar to whats offered at Golden Corral. My dad loves this place and goes daily so when Im in Paris, I go with him. The hostess Donna was especially outgoing, attentive, and friendly.
