5 /5 Lew Moore: With some luck we discovered this jewel. In a food truck now but they hopefully will have a spot on main street soon. The lobster was wonderful and they are very generous for the price. Another place has a similar size roll for double the price. We tried the Maine and Conneticut = both great.

The original Maine lobster roll and the lobster Mac and cheese were so delicious and tasted fresh. I spoke with one of the owners who was so friendly and personable. It was the weekend before Christmas and we had just finished touring the National Museum of the Pacific War. After looking at the available options, Mystic Lobster Co. had the highest reviews so we decided to try it out. There were less than 100 reviews so I wasnt sure how it would go. Wow wow wow!! Food was fresh and delicious. We ordered a Connecticut and a Maine. We both loved the flavor and texture. The coleslaw was ok but I think that was more a preference on my part (I prefer chunkier cole slaw). We ordered the Old Bay and Truffle fries. They were piping hot, seasoned just right, and soooo good! After finishing our food, we actually ordered seconds. Another Connecticut for him and a bowl of lobster bisque for me. That was another home run! ...on top of that, the owners (Melissa and her husband) were there and spent 30 minutes showing off their hospitality with some curated recommendations for what to do around town, after ensuring we were completely satisfied with our meal. Amazing people, incredible food! Sincerely hoping they open a location in DFW one day!
